Refund Policy

01. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day legal window after delivery to return the package. Items must be unopened and sealed. For health and hygiene reasons, any skincare or supplements with a broken security seal are strictly non-returnable.

02. 90-Day Results Guarantee

The 90-day period begins on the date of delivery. To be eligible for the $299 refund, the following criteria must be met:

• Upload your “Day 1” photo immediately upon receipt.
• Complete all workouts and nutrition logs daily on the Joy Food app.
• The 7-Day Rule: Any inactivity period exceeding 7 consecutive days on the application will result in the immediate cancellation of the guarantee.
• Refund requests are accepted only between Day 91 and Day 95.

03. Medical Exceptions

Should a medical condition prevent you from training, provide a valid certificate to suspend your 90-day countdown until you are cleared to resume.
