We will investigate<br>with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, reship your order<br>or issue a full refund at our discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.4 Damaged Packages<br>If your package arrives damaged, you must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Document the damage with clear photographs within 48 hours of delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact us at customer@joyoverfit.com with photos attached<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not dispose of the damaged packaging or products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will replace damaged items or issue a refund for the damaged components.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.5 Stolen Packages<br>Joy OverFit is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by<br>the carrier but reported stolen. We recommend filing a police report<br>and contacting your homeowner&#8217;s or renter&#8217;s insurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.6 Incorrect Address<br>If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by<br>the customer, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2501\u2501\u2501\u2501\u2501\u2501\u2501\u2501\u2501\u2501\u2501\u2501\u2501\u2501\u2501\u2501\u2501\u2501\u2501\u2501\u2501\u2501\u2501\u2501\u2501\u2501\u2501\u2501\u2501\u2501\u2501\u2501\u2501\u2501\u2501\u2501\u2501\u2501\u2501\u2501<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"6\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>RETURN AND REFUND POLICY \u2014 60-DAY SAFE-START GUARANTEE<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.1 Eligibility<br>We offer a 60-day return period from the date of delivery.<br>To be eligible for a return, items must be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Returned within 60 days of the delivery date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In good working condition (fully functional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In their original or equivalent packaging where possible<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Free from physical damage caused by the customer (drops, water damage,<br>improper use, burns, cracks, scratches, or breakage)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.2 Non-Returnable Items<br>The following are NOT eligible for return or refund:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Digital content including app access, AI Coach programs, meal plans,<br>workout videos, and recipe collections \u2014 these are permanently retained<br>by the customer regardless of return status<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Smart connected devices (Smart Scale, Food Scale, Smart Recovery Band,<br>Smart Body Measuring Tape) that have been physically damaged by the<br>customer through misuse, drops, water exposure, or other customer fault<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.3 Partial Refunds<br>If connected devices are returned in damaged condition due to customer<br>fault, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund covering only the<br>non-connected physical accessories (jump rope, knee sleeves, ankle wraps,<br>shock insoles).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.4 Return Shipping Costs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manufacturing defect confirmed by our team: Joy OverFit covers<br>return shipping costs in full<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer-initiated return within 60 days (no defect): Joy OverFit<br>covers return shipping costs in full as part of our guarantee<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return due to customer damage: customer is responsible for all<br>return shipping costs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.5 Refund Processing<br>Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we<br>receive and inspect the returned items.
